Tim is a retired Chartered Accountant. He has significant experience of supporting not-for-profit sector organisations. He was Chairperson of Wellingborough Homes, a local housing association for 7 years and has been the chair of Support Northamptonshire for 2 years and a Board member since its inception.
John Bruce

John Bruce

John is the Managing Director for Teamwork Trust and Vice-Chair of the Mental Health Northamptonshire Collaborative (MHNC). He has led voluntary sector organisations for over 20 years and is strong advocate for collaboration with partners and service user involvement in service delivery. John has been a Board member since 2015.
Anjona Roy

Anjona Roy

Anjona is the Chief Officer of the Northamptonshire Rights and Equality Council (NREC) and Chair of Dostiyo (supporting Asian Communities across Northamptonshire). Anjona is also a County Councillor. Anjona is a strong advocate for equalities and inclusion. She has been a Board member since 2015.

Rashmi is Customer Forum representation on the Board. Rashmi has been involved with Support Northamptonshire since its inception and provides both challenge and support to the Board in ensuring peoples’ and communities views are at the heart of decision-making.
Anne Wankiiri

Anne Wankiiri

Anne is the co-chair of United African Association (supporting African communities in Northamptonshire). She is passionate about helping disadvantaged communities and in August 2020 was appointed as a board member of Support Northamptonshire.
Russell Adams

Russell Adams

Russell is a private sector representative on the Board. He has over 20 years strategic director experience of large and medium size private sector organisations. Russell provides business development and strategic planning support to the Board.

Pratima has been involved in developing Support Northamptonshire since the early work in developing and piloting new service models in 2013. Pratima has over 25 years’ experience in local government in both operational and strategic senior management and over 10 years in the third sector supporting and managing organisations. Pratima has strengths in building transformative and innovative service models that build on co-production and collaborative approaches and providing leadership for social action and community development.

Dr. David Slattery

Support Northamptonshire Consultant BSc, MBA, PhD
David has been involved in supporting Support Northamptonshire’s approach since 2012.
David has over 20 years’ experience as a senior civil servant and has been a Research Fellow with Cranfield University. David brings significant strengths in community needs’ research, service outcomes analysis, financial modelling and business development.
