Pratima has over 25 years’ experience in supporting communities, working in local government and the third sector supporting and managing organisations. Pratima has significant strategic and operational management experience in community development/regeneration and building transformative and innovative service models based on co-production and collaborative approaches.

Support North Northants (SNN)
Amy joined Support Northamptonshire in 2023 and is proud to lead a team that supports people to thrive in their communities. She is passionate about seeing the positive outcomes her team achieves and making a real difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, Amy enjoys staying active by cycling and loves getting lost in a good book.

Rashmi is actively involved in disability equality and provides both challenge and support to the Board in ensuring peoples’ and community views are at the heart of decision-making and is actively involved in the development of Northamptonshire Black Communities Together (NBCT).

Anjona is the Chief Exec of the Northamptonshire Rights and Equality Council (NREC) and Chair of Dostiyo (supporting Asian Communities across Northamptonshire). She is a strong advocate for equalities and inclusion and is actively involved in the development of Northamptonshire Black Communities Together (NBCT).

Tish has experience in both the public and private sectors and actively involved in local Northamptonshire voluntary organisations. They have significant experience in IT development, data analysis and project management.

Anne is Director of the United African Association.

Precious has been involved with NBCT since the end of 2022. She is passionate about helping people and also has legal experience in the private sector. She was recently appointed to be part of the board in May 2024.

Kendrick is a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with The John Maxwell Team. He is passionate about helping people grow and develop by investing in themselves. Kendrick has worked extensively in the local community, partnering with organizations like Amalgamation, Northampton Life Chapel, and Northamptonshire Black Communities Together (NBCT).
