Supporting You
Support Northamptonshire has developed a unique, cutting edge IT infrastructure to support organisations.
‘Supporting You’ is a proven software framework developed in partnership with Ulysses (UDMS Ltd) to help organisations deliver faster, better outcomes for organisations and especially co-operating organisations.
The system uniquely includes a person-centred common assessment, support planning and outcomes framework and impact assessment co-designed with customers.
It tracks the progress of each user’s journey, proportion of cases falling within different levels of need, average duration of each case, the professional time per case, average cost per case by level of need, the referral agency, lead support agency, and outcomes based on distance travelled (measured on a 6 point scale and across a outcomes framework).
Supporting You provides robust evidence of costs, volumes and outcomes, enabling organisations to demonstrate the costs and benefits of their service model, meeting the needs of commissioners and supporting the continuous improvement of services.

Volunteer Management
At a time when we are relying on volunteers to take social action to meet community need, we have developed a Volunteer Management Tool Kit that has been tried and tested over 4 years to recruit, train and retain volunteers.
